Porch Duty
I'm just hanging out on Grandma's porch being lazy.
I like to watch the birds! I'm so good, I never chase them. Now if it was a squirrel, that would be a different story....

Scout, you look very comfy! It's very hot today and we have enjoyed watching the greedy hummingbirds fight over the feeder from the comfort and coolness of indoors. Your mom is a great photographer. By the way, Harriet likes to chase squirrels too!

What a nice spot you have there Scout! Don't go after the tweet tweets, ok? I encountered a lot of those, and the squirrely guys while camping....didn't get any to play with me, but it was sure tempting! Nice to visit you again!!!!

Hey Scout,
Birds kinda hopeless really although I've chased up a few of those really big ones. Now squirrels and cats up the tree they go when I chase them....cheaters. I did catch a few of those squirrels though in the winter. Deep snow and there not as fast as me! Keep cool.

Taking it easy on Grandma's porch seems like the perfect summer activity (well, it's sort of an activity, isn't it)! Bonnie Lass and Betsy Belle like to hang out on our porch too. There's a lot going on around them...birds singing, squirrels chomping on nuts, wind...lots of great sounds to enjoy!
