Maybe it's a Berner thing. Bosley is almost 3 and he still loves shoes. He doesn't chew on them - he just carries them around, smells them and sometimes licks them. I always find shoes on the dog bed, on the couch and on the coffee table and am usually searching for a shoe on my way out the door to work.

Kaiser says he thinks Scout has been set up. She would never chew on shoes. It's a human plot against dogs. Kaiser also says that his humans do the same thing to him.
Sure, I know all of your favorites because they are my favorites. Can you just imagine what it would be like...the two of us, in a kitchen - with unlimited groceries and a huge stove!? HORRORS!

I never chew on shoes but Sir Bear always chews the end off of the shoe laces! It does not make the Duchess happy but she is getting used to it :)
